Bourbon Cask
Distilled in Norfolk at the St. George’s Distillery exclusively for Gulliver’s. Matured in hand selected, unbroken ex-Bourbon casks that retain the integrity of the oak for a perfect aging process.
Nose
Sweet burning peat and a snap of ginger, accompanied by herbal notes, particularly thyme and sage.
Taste
Initially sweet on the palate, then dry, rich peat. The herbal notes come through with a hint of vanilla.
Drink it neat or with a dash of cool water…

10 year old Quarter Cask
Distilled in Norfolk at the St. George’s Distillery exclusively for Gulliver’s. Matured in ex-red wine quarter casks.
Nose
Smoked cherry high notes with gentle earthy peat throughout, balanced with ginger, cinnamon and honey.
Taste
Bonfire oak with a hint of rich peat diminishes to a smooth and satisfying smoulder, giving way to spiced sweetness, vanilla and marzipan.

STR Cask
Distilled at The Cotswolds Distillery in the heart of England exclusively for Gulliver’s.
An unpeated whisky, matured in shaved, toasted and re-charred American oak ex-red wine casks.
Nose
Initial dried fruit followed by cereal notes. Dried oranges and ginger.
Taste
Malty and toasty with warming cloves and ginger. Rich syrupy fruits with burnt toffee and chocolate.
